1. Importance of Driving Lessons

Driving lessons are essential for developing safe and responsible driving habits. Our professional instructors are committed to ensuring students receive quality training to build their confidence and skills on the road.

2. Commencement of Lessons

Driving lessons will commence upon receipt of full payment. The start date will be determined and confirmed after payment is completed.

3. Driving Lesson Packages

We offer a variety of packages to cater to different driving needs:

1. Beginner Package
   • Designed for individuals with no prior driving experience.
2. Intermediate Package
   • Tailored for those with some driving experience who want to sharpen their skills.
3. Student Package
   • Available to all students who can provide proof of registration.
4. Combo Package
   • Open to everyone and includes special benefits, such as free NATIS trial attempts.

Each session includes one hour of driving per day, with pickup and drop-off services available, Monday to Sunday.

• 4. Rescheduling or Cancellation

In cases where either the driving instructor or the student is unavailable for a scheduled lesson, a notification must be given to the other party at least two (2) hours before the lesson. Failure to notify may result in forfeiture of the lesson for the student.

5. No Refund Policy

John English Driving Academy maintains a strict no refunds policy. If the student wishes to terminate this contract or withdraw from the lessons:

• The student’s unused driving hours may be transferred to a family member, friend, or another party designated by the student.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By signing this contract, the student acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for driving lessons must be made via direct deposit into the designated bank account. (Bank account details to be provided by the Academy.)

7. Termination of Contract

In the event of contract termination, the student is bound by the no refund policy. Any remaining lessons may be transferred as outlined in Section 5.
